I studied Physics and Math at university, which led me into a career building particle accelerators for proton therapy centers in hospitals—a job that took me all over the world. Later, I transitioned to leading large engineering teams designing and building satellite computers for organizations including NASA. Along the way, I learned to evaluate technology with scientific precision and a focus on long-term sustainability—an approach that now guides everything we do in the Deep Dives and Product reviews sections.

Here, we take a deep dive into products of all kinds—whether it’s tools, outdoor gear, household items, or anything else—evaluating them through scientific principles and real-world testing.
